Pick up from Guwahati, drive to Cherrapunji. Visit Nohkalikai Falls and prepare trek backpack.
Overnight: Cherrapunji
3000-Step Trek to Nongriat Village
Drive to Tyrna. Trek down 3,000 steps through jungle, crossing steel wire bridges to Nongriat village stilt homestay.
Overnight: Nongriat Homestay
Rainbow Falls Hike & Ascent to Tyrna
Morning 1.5-hour trek to Rainbow Falls. Swim in crystal natural pool, then ascend steps back to Tyrna and drive to Shillong.
